The sales person Andrea answered all my questions and they were patient when deciding which sauna was best for our needs. We chose the iBelieve impulse. When the sauna arrived the side glass was shattered, I called sunlighten and told them the situation and they sent the new glass with in 1-2 business days. It was in a heavy duty wood crate shipped via Fedx ground. I would recommend them to anyone. Knowledgeable staff and customer service is really as good as it gets.
